My only complaint / knit pick is how long the order took, however I understand that something custom and handmade takes time, and that was prefaced to me before placing the order. Also the whole time you’re given updates on the current stage that your jewelry is on whether it’s being engraved, buffed, detailed, and etc which is very transparent."
