The History of Nashville Dance Fest 

Founded in 2023, Nashville Dance Fest is already making waves in the country dance community. With over 1,000 attendees in its inaugural year, the festival’s success is undeniable. Looking ahead, the 2025 event, happening from September 5-7, is expected to draw an even larger crowd of nearly 2,000 country music and dance enthusiasts.

What truly sets Nashville Dance Fest apart is its unparalleled lineup of over 70 dance workshops led by the best instructors across the nation, along with an exciting mix of live music, dance competitions, and vendor experiences. Unlike other events, this festival combines every aspect of the country dance scene—workshops, performances, and social dancing—into one unforgettable experience. Over the past year, Nashville Dance Fest Vol. 2 (September 6-8, 2024) built on its initial success, continuing to deliver an exciting, action-packed weekend. The club has been making strides to ensure each year is bigger and better, with this year's event promising the largest turnout yet. Like any large-scale event, the festival has faced challenges, notably in parking and the flow of access for attendees. However, through strategic meetings with staff and business partners, these issues have been addressed, and the event is expected to run even smoother this year. The club is also hoping for great weather this time around to ensure an even better festival experience.

Looking ahead, Nashville Dance Fest is introducing some exciting new initiatives. The festival is thrilled to announce the addition of a silent disco with dueling DJs and a line dance battle. They’re also introducing the first-ever Honky Tonk World Championships. It’s shaping up to be a thrilling year for the festival, and the team can’t wait to see everyone there!
