The belt buckle I order was for a retirement gift and everyone that saw it wanted to know where I had gotten it? I told them my experience I had when I went in person to your office was great and how helpful the younger girl that was from Midland, Tx. help me out placing the order. I'm so happy with the belt buckles that I purchased for the ski resort I work for, to be given as prizes for participants of our ski camp that have been in 10 or more camps. These buckles are a prize that is a very big deal to us and mean a lot to the people who will receive them. The process from the concept to receiving the finished product was easy and the customer service was honestly top tier. We will be using them again in the future for sure. I can't wait to hand them out. I was so nervous about the design and the custom logo but when I opened them, the buckles were even better than I had imagined. You can really tell the care that goes into this product- and it's so lovely to see and work with companies who have high standards and strong values.
