Hello - Well my husband was thrilled with his new buckle...until he put it on a belt to wear, put post in belt hole and it falls open! Won't stay hooked!
The "post" that hooks in a belt hole is straight - it must have a curve to stay tight in his belt. I've compared it to ever other buckle we have and none are straight, they all have a 'slight hook' on the post.
So I guess I send it back and you fix it?

The neclas sent to wear with the item I bought wouldn’t hold it the necklace broke taking it out of the bag it was in and the round piece a necklaces is to go through is not ordered nor welded together it keeps falling off! I overpaid for a bad product. Or the fabrication team had a completely shity time make my item.
