Hey Mollys! So my name is Megan. I am a queen coordinator for a rodeo in my local town. The main reason for me 2 Star review is regarding to some crowns I ordered back last fall and just received a few months ago. Ordered them an had to send them back because they were MASSIVE and when I say massive I mean the band along the crown that fits the hat was so big. These crowns are supposed to fit the hat so when a girl goes to ride they will stay secure on the hat. These weren’t gonna make it past a trot on a horse. Also, the advertising for the crowns was a false product. In the photo it shows a silver band wrapping around the front half of the crown and hat. We didn’t get that on our crowns and after I called they said it was an error on Mollys part and that silver band isn’t supposed to be there. Ready for the worst part? After sending the crowns to be resized so they fit the hat more securely we noticed after getting them back the sponsor plates on the back of those crowns was swapped. Mollys switched them when they put the plates back on. I can’t get this problem fixed until after the season is over because it wasn’t a guaranteed I would get the crowns back in time for rodeo. I was so disappointed in these crowns. We just received our buckles which are beautiful but the crowns will be sent back later this fall to be fixed, again.

Very patient, open to my numerous deign changes. On their site they keep you updated on the status of your buckle! The buckles are beautiful- I already have two of them! From the look, to the quality, to the packaging - tier one!

Very pleased with both buckle and belt purchases, beautiful craftmanship

We love the buckle but the belt we asked for a shorter length and extra holes because she has a small waist and the belt is way too long and we are going to have to get someone to add more holes which will not look good. The belt it so long she can tie it in a loop and still hang down.

Belt is exactly as I ordered.

Order two buckles, both were more than I could ask for. Thanks to the amazing staff that took time to listen and design and construct the buckles I only thought

The workmanship is pretty terrible. It has gotten much worse since we started getting buckles a few years ago. Based on this most recent order, I will no longer be ordering from or recommending Molly's.

Five stars to Molly's Custom Silver because the buckle I order is awesome and I love the way it came out. Also Molly's custom silver always kept me updated on the progress of the buckle making process, and also loved how I was able to wear in for my graduation when I can in that morning of my graduation.

It arrived in a timely manner & it is a beautiful buckle.

I got personal service every time I called and representatives were very helpful.

I ordered a Treaty Oak Revival pendant and it is amazing! High quality and well made. After FedEx failed to deliver it to me and the package was lost, Molly's sent me a new one on rushed delivery free of charge. The only thing making me rate 4 stars for is the fact that I needed to reach out for most updates as opposed to consistent communication keeping me up to date.

The buckle looks great with fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. This was an awesome gift for my high school senior.

Molly's provides the buckles for several of the rodeos and ranches in my area, and they all referred me to her for the buckles for the first ranch sorting I've thrown. Molly was very helpful in answering all of my questions, and Jesus was quick to respond and his suggestions and design were fantastic. Buckles were shipped quickly and looked great when they arrived. Can't wait to hand them to the winning team!
