Great quality, beautifle buckle and and not over priced

I e-mailed customer service on 05/09/26 reference order #418653. I attached photos of the stained/marked buckle I received. I have yet to receive a response, yet you want me to rate your company? You're not going to get a good rating if you don't make an attempt to communicate.

I absolutely love the choices and styles of buckles. Very reasonably priced as well.

We have ordered from Molly’s for many years and this year was the year we decided we no longer were going to use them anymore. We placed an order for 3 buckles on Jan 26th and never received them till beginning of May. I called numerous times asking questions and kept getting the run around. In the end they were to give us some sort of compensation for the wait and we never received that either. Unfortunately they lost our business due to this.

The pendant seemed unfinished, I’ve had to file the flowers down because they were so sharp they were catching on my shirt and pillow case. The clevace that the chain goes through doesn’t seem like it will last very long before the pendant falls off
