Absolutely love my new buckle!

We love the product which was a buckle in our case. But there was a misunderstanding and we ordered the product the last of Oct for Christmas but did not receive it until March. Little did we know that you have to ok a final email before the order went out. The email got lost in spam. I had to call to see where my order was and it wasn't even finalized until I answered the email.. Then it was still 3 months to get it. It would have been nice to know all of this before our order,

My western cuff was designed exactly how I described. Perfect quality, perfect fit, and just overall so perfect! Customer Service was amazing, and helped me with any questions and concerns I had.

Loved the buckel it was a gift to our oldest daughter. Great quality and the design was so detailed. Very much appreciated updates from shipper.
