When you mixed my buckle up with someone else's you fixed it and gave me a free necklace (wich i appreciate very much). Your very high like everything was VERY high quality and try to make every part of the experience perfect. Tho the necklace i received did have a stone that wasnt even in its hole and neither were the stones on my buckle but that ended up being ok cause they came off very easy so I could glue them on the right way. Also I love the buckle yall did with Avery Anna. Over all I think I will order from you again in the future and I will be telling my friends about you and your high quality.

I sent my buckle back to have a few stones replaced and cleaned up after 3 years of wear and tear. I was told it had a warranty that would take care of it. They send me a label for mailing it back that included postage paid and in six weeks received my buckle back. At zero cost!! The buckle looks amazing, as good as new. Thank you for being one of the good guys.

You guys have great buckles and customer service has been great. What I am most impressed about is every year I give away buckles and a couple times they have been not completely right but you guys get on it right away and fix it. We all make mistakes but your customer service doing right by your customers and getting it fixed is top notch and I appreciate that!!!

My buckle is beautiful and very custom. I wound up getting a different belt but it's beautiful and decided to keep it!

Last 4-H season I ordered buckles from you and everything went great! You were able to help with a different archery symbol than the one you had posted on your website. The ordering process this year wasn't nearly as smooth. I made the order and then looked at the proofs when they were ready. They were completely wrong. One archery symbol was a beef. On one line it said "nothing". I sent it back for the changes and the next proofs still didn't have the archery symbol I wanted. Since I was pressed for time I approved the artwork. Unfortunately they were still received late and the kids didn't get them at the awards ceremony. They had to wait until the following week. I may try a new company next year.

Had to send back my buckle to have it polished the correct way and the name is STILL of center after it just came back!!!

I’m not sure if this was just my order, but the hook on my buckle does not stay on my belt loop, due to the blocking piece.

This was my 2nd buckle iv purchased through mollys, and of course it exceeded my expectations, mollys always does a amazing job at communicating, timely delivery and especially at the fine craftsmanship that Mollys provides everybody, I’ll absolutely be ordering more buckles in the future

Beautiful buckle. Unfortunately it was too big for my daughter's liking. Shes going to use it as decoration and we have already ordered a smaller one. She did suggest maybe having each size modeled on a person for better perspective. But we are happy with the service and will recommend Molly's buckles in the future. ☺️
