Excellent product. Received exactly as ordered. Great communication with representatives to get design perfect. The only downside is the time it takes to for product to be built, but is totally worth the wait!

Everything was exactly as imagined it! I fell in love from the second I opened the box to the second I put on my buckle and wore it! I couldn’t have been more happy! I will say, I didn’t realize until way after that I could’ve done a darker version. I wasn’t sure how that would be ordered for next time, as I didn’t see an option in the customize section. Is that something I would type in special requests or is there another way to go about it? Other than that, love Molly’s Custom Silver, will definitely be purchasing again.

Great quality and great customer service

The buckle we ordered for our daughter’s birthday was made exactly as we wanted it. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. She was so overcome by it that she was rendered speechless for a few moments. It brought tears of joy to her eyes. Thank you for helping us make her birthday gift so special.

Hands down best company I have ever done business with. I called to see if there was any way to get my daughters champion buckle to her before her next show. They said they would try. That buckle showed up 2 minutes before we left our driveway trailer loaded down with stock for the show. I don't leave reviews, mostly because customer service is horrible everywhere. I have to say this was the best customer service I have ever experienced, and to top it off the craftsmanship was amazing. I am not sure if your staff reads these but please pass this along. I can guarantee any champion wins that my kids receive that don't include a buckle, there will be one purchased from you all, and I promise there will be a lot.
