3. If your Tax Exemption document matches your State's tax exemption document noted on this page, upload the file to your customer account below! If you do not have the proper documentation, download the form from our database below, fill it out, and upload to your account.
4. Notify our Buckle Barista team that your tax form has been updated via phone or email.
