"I won a Mollys buckle in 2019. Recently I noticed that some of the turquoise had fallen out. I contacted the company and the immediately sent a shipping label so that I could return it for repairs. The work was done in a timely fashion and it was sent back to me free of charge. No charges at all for the repairs. What great customer service."
