Customer service is incredible. You guys really go over the top to make sure that the buckles get delivered well in advance of the event. As trained as we are to order well in advance, sometimes the decision makers don't quite make it happen for one reason or another. You guys still make it work, and it's one big detail that causes everyone to exhale and breathe easier going into the event.
