Excellent quality. Came out just as we'd hoped it would.

I chose 5 stars for a few reasons: After the first buckle was done incorrectly and shipped to me the customer service was impeccable. My call was answered immediately, an acknowledgment for the incorrect stones used and solution was brought forward quickly, when shipping back from Canada wasn’t an option, it was decided that a whole new buckle would be made. The process started over again and I was able to follow it along. The new buckle has been received and the craftsmanship, attention to detail and overall beauty of this buckles is astonishing. I have a feeling this won’t be our only order and once the gift is received, the owner will want to place more orders. Thank you again all the way from Ontario, Canada.
