The whole experience from start to finish has been wonderful ! I phoned and asked if I could have a different colour crystal on one of the buckles and you kindly said yes. Following the buckle through the various processes has been really exciting. The email to say they were on their way to the UK was fabulous - gave us such a laugh ! They arrived beautifully packaged and oh my word, they are both gorgeous !!!! We will be in touch soon to place another order

Pretty great item for what I asked definitely didn't expect ehat I got! The engraving detail I wanting expecting at all! Impressed with that. I will say I had to smooth some of the sharper bits on my custom pendant so I am a bit upset about that. I asked for very simple very plain just like the photo I send and I got something similar with it's own touch I am pleased. Just make sure yall polish those shaprer bits off felt like a cat scratch on my chest lol. Overall still a beautiful custom pendant. Thank you
