I ordered six buckles for a high-point award. When we received them, the enamel was bubbly, so we sent them back, and they reworked them. When we received them the second time, they were not much better. I sent one back again after it was awarded due to the enamel chipping off. I never felt like they tried to do anything to compensate us for all the trouble. I have been ordering buckles for at least 10 years and have referred multiple other organizations to order from Molly's. I am really unhappy with the customer service and quality and am thinking about switching to a different company.

The buckle is amazing and exactly what I was hoping for and it was way cheaper than who my school was wanting us to order from and I was able to customize this buckle exactly how I wanted to unlike the other place.

Despite my buckle not getting delivered by the date we agreed on, It came out nice. The logo is a little crooked, but what are you gonna do?
