I got a customer cup for my MIL! The cup was a very nice brand and sturdy, plus cute color! The mock up I received was identical to what I wanted and was executed perfectly when I got the cup. The "buckle" on the cup was vibrant colors, sturdy and beautiful in person. Shipping took longer than I expected but I 100% understand custom orders do take longer and did not mind at all once I was notified how long such a beautiful creation takes. I love it!
