The buckle was absolutely beautiful!! A little miscommunication with the animal figure, but with the design and detail of the buckle, I can look past it. nice buckles, however when the two orders i made didn't both ship fed ex, i received the fed ex delivery first making me think the second order was lost... USPS is not a reliable shipper so i had tons of anxiety over loosing the product. it takes quite long... i think it took a few weeks longer than anticipated as well so waiting that long and loosing the product would be devastating... i would have asked for a refund in that case as opposed to remaking the design.
