I contacted your company before placing my order to ask if you could complete the order by our show date. I was told yes, no problem. 1 1/2 weeks before show I called to check on order was told not complete and that a rush would be placed on order. Four days later I called and was told the order would be shipped overnight on the Friday before show but one of the pendants would be missing. I said that’s ok please ship order. The order was not shipped until the following Monday after the show. I have over $60 in shipping the awards across the country to the winners and nothing to award them with at show. A complete disappointment. Was lied to multiple times when called about order.

Molly’s Custom Silver kept me in the loop on every step of my buckle process. This was a gift for my brother-in-law for his bachelor party/wedding gift from the fellas and it turned out perfect. I’ll definitely be ordering more buckles in the future.
