Love the belt buckle!! Loved the process until we got to the shipping portion. I had to log into my account multiple times to see if it was actually coming. WOuld perhaps suggest a bit more communication during the long stretch from approval to shipping. Just an idea!! But overall love the product and how to place another order soon!!
