The phone call to me to make sure what I wanted was correct, to helping me make the buckle look the best way possible by showing me a different design, to having it sent out and arriving to me before Christmas was all beyond my expectations. The buckle is of very good quality and exactly what I thought I was getting . The only thing I would change is that it is not quite wide enough for the belt to go through without slanting it to the side . The belt is very nice also other than it was not trimmed down where it folds over behind buckle and that makes the buttons not want to stay snapped, but over all I am pleased with it.

Buckle turned out better than I expected. The artist group was wonderful to work with.

Love your service and you have beautiful buckles. This year we ordered the Eureka Springs and are a little disappointed - the lettering does not show up well on that multi colored background....wish we would have known beforehand, but it is still a beautiful buckle - just hard to read!
