I have ordered multiple Custom pieces from you guys and I’ve always been very happy with the quality but this last buckle I ordered from you guys three of the letters were not punched out all the way out, so like for example, an R, the center wasn’t punched out. And it just seems like it wasn’t polished enough. It’s just kind of dull and lackluster and just not the same quality I’m used to receiving from you guys.
