Your work is good ! We have bought 30 plus buckles this year! But the last order a stone was missing on one buckle. I called you ! Y’all’s reply was we will send it back! But it would take 4 to six weeks to get it fixed! Yall said it would have to go to back production because there were orders ahead of us! If yall mess up a buckle and it’s paid for then should go the front of the line ! Then yall said you would send a certificate to award the guy! And of course that never came! You don’t do business that way! You take care of customers that’s done paid first! We wasn’t happy with the service we got this time ! Maybe your production Iine in Mexico don’t work that way!
