One of the buckles (Norman) ordered was described as having hand engraved edge (and is shown that way in the catalog). I was a bit disappointed when my buckle arrived with a smooth edge. Aside from that I am very pleased.

Because I received 2 buckles that had sharp edges, the bezzels that held the stones where ruined and the engraving looked awful. I brought it up to your employee Rose and he made it right. I sent pictures of the issues and sent the buckles back and he had them remade. They looked so much better. Not perfect but way better. He was nice to work with as well as making the buckles right.
