Customer service was good, communication was good with the sales rep. There was a flaw on one of the buckles and before we even got it, the rep. called and said they knew there was a flaw, but they sent it anyway, while they were making a new one. We got the buckles in a timely manner and the award winners loved them! Very pleased with the product and the customer service.
