The quality of the buckle is AMAZING! I love that I was able to customize it with my name, brand, and initials that are important to me. I have always wanted to win a buckle, and that is still the goal! But, this one will always have a special place in my heart! I plan to pass this down to my daughter one day.

Just amazing customer service from Rubi and team. Hadn't even got my product yet but the experience has been great. I ordered a belt buckle knowing I'd be cutting it close to my deadline. I wrote in asking to expedite. While Rubi was not able to, she took pride in watching the production and voluntarily emailing and calling me to give me updates. Even reached out to offer upgraded shipping options free and paid. Love that ownership!
