Products are always very good

We thought your showroom was very nice and the staff we met there were wonderful. We are trying to finalize the artwork for our custom buckle, and seem to be having trouble convincing the artist that we do not want the stones or the flowers they are set in. We are still hoping to get the engraving modified to fill in where those items were in the sample. Hopefully the 4th time we request this change we will either be able to get it completed, or understand why we can not.

The quality of the buckle surpassed all of my expectations. Very impressed with the detail and communication during the process to make sure I would be happy with the buckle. 5 Stars so the way. We will definitely be ordering more!
