To start with, I chose Molly's because of the ratings and reviews that I read. I gave 4 stars because the buckle turned out great. One suggestion that I would recommend is having 1 person from start to finish on 1 job. I worked with several different people during this process (customer service) and felt like I had to start over each time. All very nice and helpful, but feel like there's more room for error like that. Thank you

The buckles came out beautifully. However, I had difficulty with the approval process. I thought I had approved artwork, but when I checked on status several weeks later it stated I hadn't approved the mock up and it delayed the order by at least a month. I love the work, I just didn't realize how big they were gonna be.
