Shipped on time and is very good quality for the price!

The best customer service!!! From designing the art work until shipping, they made everything so easy. They are so patient and willing to change anything or answer any question. The buckle was perfect and looked just like the art work we decided on. I will be a returning customer. I have to say it again because I was blown away, the BEST customer service ever!

The quality was amazing, it looked exactly what I wanted it to, and I got to confirm how the artwork was going to look. I got to see how far along the buckle was, it did not take a long time to get done which I appreciate. I would 100% order again and recommend to a friend.

We looked at class rings for my high school senior. Then an tictoc came to my page. We decided instead to go with the buckle for my Cowgirl. She was darn near in tears (with excitement) when she opened the box! It’s perfect, everything about it… Thank you for making my girls day.

Great Experience!! I was very happy with every step of the process and it was so cool to be able to follow the progress. They took my vision and delivered a design that was perfect. Response time and communication was awesome. Although they clearly communicated the expectations, we went ahead and ordered knowing it would be cutting close to receive it in the timeframe we needed. However, they did everything they could to get it completed and delivered to us just in time for our event. The buckle was a great quality and looked even better than it did in the design sketch. This was the first of many, as we are planning to continue to order at least 1 per quarter. I would highly recommended Mollys Custom Silver!

From the customer service to the custom buckle itself. Y’all have really done a great job. While I wish the turn around was quicker, I also understand in the world of Amazon and rush delivery, quality and craftsmanship like Molly’s provides takes time. An it’s worth giving you guys the time.
