Some of the quality and finished buckles weren’t as nice as I’d like. Good range of lower end buckles but I think the higher end should be more clearly delineated. With the discount structure, I was confused with what to expect. I thought I’d get a higher end buckle at a discount but actually I think they were lower end buckles that should be priced at that rate. I really like the range but more higher end would be good for our special awards. In other words I want my champion selections to be the best buckle they have ever received and that they choose to wear not just display. A couple of ours fell short. Great customer service. Fantastic turn around time. Love the status wheel. Prices are good.

Our saddle club has used Molly's for 3 yrs now and the service has been great and the buckles look great. the only trouble we have had is the last 2 times we ordered using a credit card someone in another state made charges on it. i know that has nothing to do with Molly's it just made ordering a little of a pain
