The buckles turned out beautifully and are good value for the cost. The custom logos are rendered in exquisite detail, all the spelling is correct, and the designs are tasteful and timelessly beautiful. All the details are exactly as I wanted. I chose 8 because Molly's customer service is okay, but there are opportunities for improvement. I felt that I sent clear detailed instructions for the design of my two buckles, however it took three iterations of emails with the design team, over the course of multiple weeks, for the designs to finally be done correctly. After the first correction, I got a nice, personal, apologetic email from the design department, which I really appreciate, but after that I didn't hear directly from the design department, just auto-generated design update notification emails. I don't know if Molly's design team was frustrated with me, or very busy, or didn't send a personal note for some other reason. One of my buckles was for "Mandolin Champion" and the other was for "Fiddle Champion." I wanted a mandolin logo on the Mandolin Champion buckle, and a Fiddle logo on the Fiddle Champion buckle. I thought I explained this pretty clearly, but to my surprise, the first design had the mandolin logo on both buckles, and the second design iteration put a fiddle logo on both buckles. Finally, on the third iteration, the design was correct, with a mandolin logo was on the Mandolin buckle and the fiddle logo was on the Fiddle buckle. To me, it is obvious - or takes five seconds to Google - which logo goes on which buckle, especially since the words "MANDOLIN" and "FIDDLE" are written on the buckles. After I approved the design, there was a LONG delay - maybe 5 weeks - where my buckles did not change status from 30% complete. After a phone call to Molly's, asking about the status of the buckles, they started moving much more quickly through the completion process, and were delivered within a few weeks. They turned out beautifully, and I am very happy with them. I understand that Molly's is a small design shop - and I like that! I will consider using Molly's again in the future, and I thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. I am not taking anyone to task, you all did a fine job, but since you asked me for feedback, I understand that you are looking for ways to improve. I hope these details help you. Winner liked it can not remember his name did not see where i choose 5 but the only negative feed was the way it was rounded out When we get ready for another buckle roping and bull riding we will still have mollys
