I love the buckles. So many to choose from and the ability to customize. The communication was poor. There were no updates on the progress of our buckles on the website for a prolonged period. I called and was told they had to go back a step but would be finished and sent FedEx so we would have them in time for our event. We did not receive them until well after our event and at least one buckle has multiple sharp spots on it.
