Everything on the belt looks cheap and sprayed on. Right where it is says “San Diego” is blackened and looks dirty, this company was provided by a coworker and I am very disappointed in how this turned out. You can reach me on work cell: 619-964-7378 for further explanation and this took 8 weeks

I love my buckle!

My recent purchase of the Cottonwood belt, customized, is nothing short of a beautiful work of art! My only wish/desire is that I would've been able to have the brand (letter and symbol) applied to the tip vs. my initials. This may've been my first belt purchase through Molly's but it will not be my last! The online design tools, preview function, and constants communications prior to approving (or altering) the artwork are an invaluable tool that enhances the entire process. Keep up the great work, especially the customer interactions!!

Great customer service! My daughter won a buckle at a local saddle club and one of the gems fell off. I called Molly’s and they were eager to help and had it fixed in no time! My daughter and I were super happy with the experience!
