Love the product and the customer service!

When ordering a custom buckle, I had no idea of the quality of buckle I would be receiving. I couldn’t believe how beautiful and how well built it was when I opened the box. I will be ordering another one for myself and some for family and friends. The quality you get for the price you pay is incredible

I love my buckle!

My recent purchase of the Cottonwood belt, customized, is nothing short of a beautiful work of art! My only wish/desire is that I would've been able to have the brand (letter and symbol) applied to the tip vs. my initials. This may've been my first belt purchase through Molly's but it will not be my last! The online design tools, preview function, and constants communications prior to approving (or altering) the artwork are an invaluable tool that enhances the entire process. Keep up the great work, especially the customer interactions!!

Great customer service! My daughter won a buckle at a local saddle club and one of the gems fell off. I called Molly’s and they were eager to help and had it fixed in no time! My daughter and I were super happy with the experience!

You guys were prompt courteous got the product done and a very short amount of time because we were last-minute on it first time show the kids love the buckle belts. We are definitely doing this every year and working with you guys. You guys are the best.
