I received great customer service when I reached out to learn about the process of repairing one of my beloved buckles. Y’all informed me in a timely manner of the process of how to send damaged buckle and Molly’s Custom Silver notified me of the timeline of how long it would take to be repaired and they delivered on that timeline. I appreciate their service in repairing my buckle free of charge and am excited to be able to wear it again.

Very nice

This was an 8th grade graduation gift for my daughter. She has won several buckles all from Mollys but nothing custom just for her. It turned out exactly how she wanted and when she opened it she had tears in her eyes she was so happy! Thank you for the beautiful custom gift!
