Ordered a belt buckle for my dad for his birthday! Its amazing quality and perfectly designed!

Amazing work

It's was really pretty. But the glue for the buckle was coming off when it arrived.

I won a Mollys buckle in 2019. Recently I noticed that some of the turquoise had fallen out. I contacted the company and the immediately sent a shipping label so that I could return it for repairs. The work was done in a timely fashion and it was sent back to me free of charge. No charges at all for the repairs. What great customer service.

The quality of the products I received are amazing. I had issues with customer service getting the information correct and getting things shipped correctly. However, I ended up speaking to your representative Stephanie. She was amazing and took care of everything. She listened to the issues I had with the previous 2 representatives that did not do what they said. She apologized and made sure that I was taken care as the customer. The buckle is beautiful and so nice to have a custom design! It definitely takes some time to arrive so plan ahead :) My only small complaint is that the gems are very small. I would have paid extra to have them be larger and wish that was an option. That is the only reason the review is not 5 stars.
