The buckle is beautiful. I love it so much and will cherish it. I got it as a graduation gift and it is perfect.

After looking at the recent reviews for this company, it all makes sense. As the recent reviews said, I too was excited to order from this company after hearing from many others how good it was. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience. I placed my order in early January, for the record I still haven’t received the final product and it’s early may, yeah 5 months. To start off, it took a couple months to receive the pendants which makes sense since they’re custom pieces. (I ordered 2 necklace pendants with identical writing.) I filled out their template and they sent me mockups and everything was correct. A few months later I received the pendants and there was a huge typo. On both pendants where there was supposed to be an “O” there was a “C.” I sent them a kind email showing the typo and waited for a response. 4 business days later I received a response. How unprofessional? Molly’s even sent me a review that said, “How are you enjoying your product, please leave a review!” before they could even answer me. Ridiculous, especially for custom jewelry. When they did respond they sent me an email that said to send it back and they would make the adjustments “free of charge.” Well duh it’s free of charge, it was y’all’s fault? I’ve sent many follow up emails in the last few weeks and have received only robotic emails in return. Never once when dealing with Mollys have I felt like I’ve been chatting with a real person. I thought my experience would be smooth due to the amount of friends I have who have had a good experience with this company and all the hype I’ve seen on social media. This was the exact opposite. I live in Fort Worth where this type of jewelry/wear is very common. If anyone asks my opinion on Mollys I will express my extreme dissatisfaction with this company. It’s not like I’m dealing with Amazon, a billion dollar business, and Amazon still replies faster to their customers. You would thing they would be watching their email when custom orders go out to ensure satisfaction but I guess not. I still don’t have my pendants and I’m not sure I’m getting them soon. Unfortunately 5 months is too long for 2 necklace pendants, no matter how custom they are. I won’t be ordering from here again, it’s been so frustrating that I’m writing this review before my final product has even arrived. Molly’s sucks, the standard they have set for themselves they are not upholding, it’s unfortunate because I know so many people who have a high opinion of this company, unfortunately I can’t say the same.

They made a beautiful buckle for my little girl and she is absolutely in love with it! They even managed to "rush it" for me so she could have it in time for her birthday!

The ordering process was simple and user-friendly, with friendly customer service and excellent visual progress tracking. I was very happy with the product, the turnaround time was reasonable, and the pricing was very affordable.

I have ordered trophy buckles for three years. The quality of the buckles is exceptional and the pricing is reasonable.

The buckle is brilliant. Couple of imperfections, but shows that it's hand made. I would give 5 stars but the belt that comes with the buckle, I don't feel is to the same standard. It comes with pop studs that are not big or strong enough to hold the thickness of the belt

The belt I ordered perfectly complements the Purple Heat Project buckle that was also made by Mollys.

I have had you make 4 buckles for me so far. They are replacements for ones that were stolen. Each one is absolutely beautiful and, if I may say, better than the originals!!! I will order again!
