Easy and fast customer support to rectify errors I made in ordering.

Price/value is solid. Lots of design options. Customer service is incredible. You guys really go over the top to make sure that the buckles get delivered well in advance of the event. As trained as we are to order well in advance, sometimes the decision makers don't quite make it happen for one reason or another. You guys still make it work, and it's one big detail that causes everyone to exhale and breathe easier going into the event.

Received the package in the mail today, and I was eager and anxious for it. The amazement from opening the box is not easy to describe - the detail is superb and the craftsmanship is so far above what I had been expecting. I feel like I was very surprised, at how amazing they look in real life. These are gifts, and I am beyond excited to give them! Thank you for creating more than just buckles, I will not second think my buckle purchases in the future.
